Repairs

We specialize in repairing and refurbishing large-scale valves, restoring them to full functionality and extending their lifespan.

Below is a photo of a refurbished ball valve with a metal-to-metal seal for one of our clients in South America.

The refurbishment included:

Manufacturing special hydraulic tensioners for disassembly and reassembly.
Disassembly of the valve, removal of the old paint coating, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), repair of body and ball damage, and application of a new paint coating.
Replacement of all stainless steel sealing rings, gaskets, and bearings.
Manufacturing new control valves.
Assembly and execution of functional, tightness, and strength tests.

The valve was commissioned at the client's site under the supervision of our engineering staff.
